Responsibilities:

• Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls).

Our requirements:

• Croatian language level C1
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (introductory training is in English)
• Skills in Windows and MS Office
• Openness in customer relations
• Communication skills and an orientation towards working with people
• High personal culture and customer orientation

• Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district)
