Job summary

A leading spirits company in Warsaw is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage the order to cash process. This role requires 1-2 years of customer service experience and proficiency in SAP. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Meaningful Work From Day One

This position will provide reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire customer experience of order to cash process. This includes customer order review and acceptance, order management and monitoring, record management, processing invoices, as well as solving customer challenges with products delivery and inventory management.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an exceptional team player, a great communicator, and someone inclined to provide quality service to Brown Forman’s customers.

This is an office/hybrid role - 4 days a week at the Warsaw Office and 1 day home-office on Fridays.

What You Can Expect

  • Be a single point of contact for dedicated business customers and distributors.
  • Responding to customer requests and queries (mainly via email).
  • Build strong relationships with external contacts of Brown-Forman’s customers.
  • Communicating with logistics providers and supply chain partners concerning customer requests and order status inquiries.
  • Working with the internal accounting team to ensure proper credit control.
  • Assisting with the management of customer product allocation.
  • Receive and process orders for customers through SAP.
  • Evaluate and manage specific orders.
  • EDI management & workflow (EDI exception failures).
  • Process and issue accurate customer invoices, adhering to established timelines.
  • Cooperate with Brown-Forman’s sales force, providing and exchanging information on customers, discounts, and stock situations.
  • Tracking possible discrepancies regarding deliveries to customers and processing order corrections.
  • Processing orders from internal customers for promotional requirements.
  • Take an active role in solving any problems linked to the delivery of orders.
  • New customer setup and maintenance in SAP.
  • Responsible for all master data about customers and order management.
  • Actively participate in ad hoc project work to improve Brown-Forman’s service to its customers.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or in international business environment.
  • Experience in successful related work within a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information.
  • Prior experience in wine and spirits or FMCG industries.
  • Experience working with a supply chain system, ideally SAP.
  • Language Proficiency: fluent in English, both spoken and written.
