Customer Service Specialist with Japanese

Your daily tasks:
  • Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database;
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues;
  • Stay up to date with process changes and product updates;
  • To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2)
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision (w@h set up).

Working conditions
  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
  • Basic salary + bonuses;Work from home across Poland
  • Working hours 8am-6pm Moday-Sunday (5 days 8 hours each day)
  • Salary: 8800-10100PLN/month
