Our portfolio includes such brands as E45, Pevaryl, Lamisil, Nutravita, Decubal and many others. Our core belief in empowering people to make intelligent health decisions drives our growth strategy, blending organic expansion and M&A.

You’ll be joining Karo Healthcare at a pivotal moment as we take our first steps in Poland and launch a brand-new hub in Warsaw, backed by a strong global foundation.

What’s in it for you?
  • Be part of building something new – join a growing local setup backed by a strong international organization
  • Hands-on responsibility and real impact in a fast-moving, FMCG-like environment
  • International exposure and collaboration across multiple functions and markets
  • Room to grow and develop as the Polish organization and global customer service function evolve
What you’ll be doing
  • Manage daily B2B customer service operations, including order entry, validation, follow-up, and customer communication
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, documentation, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure high service levels and contribute to a consistent, reliable customer experience for pharmacies, wholesalers, and partners
  • Support order fulfilment, availability checks, and contract adherence within agreed timelines
  • Collaborate closely with our 3PL partner on delivery planning, shipment tracking, and operational issue resolution
  • Monitor logistics performance (SLA/KPIs) and elevate challenges when needed
  • Support returns, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies
  • Act as a key link between Customer Service and internal teams such as Commercial, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, and Quality
  • Share customer insights and operational feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Work in ERP/CRM systems to manage orders, customer data, and master data accuracy
  • Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and local ways of working
  • Apply global customer service standards and local procedures to ensure compliance with pricing, contracts, and regulations
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer-facing Logistics, ideally in B2B environments such as FMCG, healthcare, or pharma
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, service-oriented mindset
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and data-driven processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule and life work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated team
  • Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
