SMOOTHH® by Human & Hunter Professional is seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s international customer service team in Gdańsk. You will handle bilingual French and English customer interactions by phone, delivering high-quality support and information about products and services.

On-site in a professional environment, you will participate in onboarding, receive team support, and develop language-based client relationships in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

Location: Gdańsk (on-site work)

We are looking for a person who is fluent in French and English and would like to develop their career in the area of telephone customer service. Your Responsibilities

• providing telephone customer support in French and English,
• answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services,
• ensuring high-quality service and a positive customer experience,
• updating customer data in internal systems and documenting customer interactions.

Requirements:

• very good command of French (minimum B2/C1 level),
• good command of English (minimum B2 level),
• strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers,
• positive attitude and willingness to work in a customer-focused environment,
• availability to work on-site during afternoon hours (14:00–22:00).
