Job summary

BD in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks a Quality Customer Relations specialist to manage post-market quality issues and customer communications. You will handle inquiries from healthcare professionals and BD associates, analyse feedback, and promote quality improvements across regions.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field; quality assurance or customer relations experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken; French at C1 or native level is required.
  • Strong experience handling customer expectations, requests and complaints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and de‑escalation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and take on broader tasks to improve outcomes.
  • Analytical skills to supervise and interpret trends in data.
  • Capable of leading multiple activities and meeting internal/external goals.
  • CRM systems experience; Salesforce or Trackwise knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have knowledge of European regulatory and local Medical Devices requirements.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Handle Customer Requests: Address quality-related external customers (Health Care Profressional) or internal customers (BD associates: sales rep, marketing, etc...) inquiries promptly and provide effective resolutions.

  • Support Business Units: Assist BDX business units and partners in customer communications.

  • Build Links: Collaborate with local BDX teams to understand their needs and expectations, while promoting and representing the post-market quality function.

  • Supervise Feedback: Organize and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Provide Training and Coaching: Support and train local teams, including on-site visits when needed, on post-market quality issues.

  • Report Performance: Prepare and present regular reports on Customer Quality Relations (CQR) metrics and performance to Quality and BU leadership at the EMEA level.

  • Implement Corrective Actions: Validate and communicate corrective actions with collaborators, maintain monitoring records, and ensure timely execution in affected regions.

  • Disseminate Procedures: Share quality procedures and run scheduling and tracking of related training.

Requirements
  • Degree level or similar qualification in a relevant subject area. Qualityassurance,managementorsimilar relevant work experience in customer relations and quality control will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Good English (both written and spoken)

  • French (C1 or native)

  • Excellent experience handling customer expectations,requestsand complaints.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to de-escalate sensitive client issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs of the organization; including taking on broader aspects of a task and maximising skills and knowledge to deliver better outcomes for the organization.

  • Ability to apply analytical and statistical methods tosuperviseand interpret trends and sophisticated problems.

  • Capable of leading various activities at the same time and meeting internal and external objectives.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and quality management software (Knowledge about Salesforce or Trackwise is a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Nice to have: knowledge of the European regulatory and legal requirements in the field of Medical Devices and in vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices and any specific local Cluster requirements.
