Job summary

BD in Poland is seeking an HRSD Quality & Compliance Lead to coordinate quality, compliance, audits and knowledge management across the EMEA HR service delivery organization. You will support audit readiness, personnel file compliance, GDPR activities and documentation governance with HR stakeholders and service providers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify trends and root causes.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

The HRSD Quality & Compliance Lead is responsible for coordinating quality, compliance, audit and knowledge management activities across the EMEA HR Service Delivery organization. The role supports audit readiness, personnel file compliance, GDPR-related activities, documentation governance and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with HR stakeholders and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of HR operational processes, personnel files, documentation and service delivery activities to identify quality and compliance gaps.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including audit preparation, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination and follow-up of audit findings.
• Analyze audit and escalation findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor remediation plans and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Partner with HRSD Process Leads and Quality representatives of HR service providers to drive quality and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct periodic reviews of physical and electronic personnel files and coordinate remediation activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and support GDPR, privacy and compliance reviews.
• Support privacy assessments, audits and tracking of privacy-related incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate periodic access reviews for repositories and systems containing HR documentation and data.
• Maintain HRSD process documentation, knowledge repositories and operational procedures.
• Coordinate regular reviews of procedures, work instructions and knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, compliance, knowledge management and operational effectiveness across HR Service Delivery.

Working Experience

• 4+ years of experience in HR and/or payroll Operations, Quality, Compliance, Risk & Controls, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle administration and HR and/or payroll operational processes.
• Experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, quality assessments and control activities.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, quality assurance principles, continuous improvement practices, and GDPR/data privacy requirements.
• Experience working with HR systems and case management platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, HROne or similar solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Compliance, Privacy, Local HR and third-party service providers.
• Experience working in a Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS) or multi-country operations environment is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers and supporting vendor quality or compliance activities is a strong asset.
• Support implementation of process improvements, quality initiatives and compliance projects.
• Prepare reports, audit summaries and management updates related to quality and compliance activities.
