• Professional experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferred).
• English and Spanish (very good level) required.
• Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard and high-value customer orders, ensuring compliance with terms and pricing structures.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams (production, distribution) for order-related matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all customers by accurate order entry practices.
• Oversee complex return cases, including high-value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly with effective communication.
• Act as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints and dissatisfaction to maintain loyalty.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Professional experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferrably).
• English + SPANISH (very good level)
• Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
