Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Poland is seeking an Application Engineer and Trainer to support customers with application-based knowledge, and to prepare and deliver presentations for events, trainings, workshops, and webinars.

You will conduct onsite and online trainings and technical demonstrations, participate at exhibitions and user meetings, publish papers and marketing materials, and work closely with international marketing and sales to answer technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with protection systems; IEC 61850 knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in Polish and strong English skills.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for new technologies, innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide application-based knowledge to support customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for Events, Trainings, Workshops, Webinars, etc.
• Conduct onsite and online Trainings and technical Demonstrations.
• Proactively participate at exhibitions, conferences and user meetings.
• Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers.
• Work closely with international marketing and sales and support technical inquiries.
• Act as knowledge provider and interface within the organization.
• Provide customer feedback within the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services.
• Work with reporting and strategic development tools: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Cloud and AI Tools.
