Job summary

Omicron electronics GmbH in Poland seeks a technically skilled professional to provide technical support in direct sales of OMICRON products and services. You will prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, live demos and hands-on sessions.

Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries, participate in training sessions and webinars, and actively engage in trade fairs and industry events, contributing to ongoing product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in power protection testing or HV systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and technology passion.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear information.
• Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in direct sales of OMICRON products and services.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, live demos and hands-on sessions.
• Serve as a contact for technical inquiries and develop solutions with the team.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars and participate in trade fairs/events.
• Contribute to continuous development and improvement of products and services.
