Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is expanding its Customer Operations Centre in Warsaw and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Specialist (Escalations Team). You’ll support Ryanair customers with complex travel queries, resolve issues quickly, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer support, excellent English, strong problem‑solving, and the ability to work shifts

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Confidence working with multiple systems and digital tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
