Qualifications

• Min. 2 + years of financial services experience, preferably with accounting and custody exposure.
• Previous experience in asset management or investment management services is an advantage.
• Very good working knowledge of Excel and advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate records of research and client interaction.
• Initiate communication on complex asset servicing matters.
• Liaise with internal service teams to solve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Provide coaching and support to staff on technical issues.
