Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a CTO-level Solution Architect to shape AI-enabled transformation and enterprise strategy. You will be a strategic advisor to C-level clients while hands-on delivering AI-native architectures and POCs across complex engagements.

You will own executive relationships, drive large-scale programs, and mentor senior architects. A hybrid role offering Poland-wide opportunities, with relocation options and extensive training in AI and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep senior advisory experience with C-level clients.
• Proven track record shaping technology strategy and large-scale programs.
• Hands-on ability to deliver AI-driven transformations and POCs.

Responsibilities

• Advise client CTOs/CIOs/CDOs on technology strategy and operating models.
• Own client relationships and shape opportunities at ED/MD/C-level.
• Lead large, multi-account engagements from discovery to execution.
