Job summary

Triumph Group in Warsaw is seeking a CtC Accountant with Greek to support CtC processes and assist the Head of CtC. The role offers a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office. Ideal candidate has 4–5 years of CtC accounting experience, fluent English and Greek, and strong SAP/Excel skills.

Responsibilities include cash/bank transactions, customer receipts reconciliations, credit releases, and liaising with wholesale customers. Degree in finance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of CtC Accountant experience.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• MS Office—Excel (advanced)
• Experience with SAP (FEBA, cheques SAP add-on)

Responsibilities

• Posting cash, bank, and Cheques-BOE transactions.
• Monitoring and clearing customer receipts against invoices.
• Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales for order credit release.
• Communicating with wholesale customers regarding collections and invoice clearing.
• Issuing credit notes (discounts and adjustments).
• Performing daily reconciliations of retail stores (cash & card).
• Managing credit control and supporting collection processes.
• Physically process with local banks for cheques-BOE.
• My-data platform for e-invoices.

CtC Accountant with Greek (f/m/d) (100%)

The position is responsible for parts of the CtC processes and providing assistance to the Head of CtC.

The position foresees a hybrid model (2 days per week at the office)

Your Responsibilities:

• Posting cash, bank, and Cheques-BOE transactions
• Monitoring and clearing customer receipts against invoices
• Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales Representatives for order credit release
• Communicating with wholesale customers regarding collections and invoice clearing
• Issuing credit notes (discounts and adjustments)
• Performing daily reconciliations of retail stores (cash & credit card transactions)
• Managing credit control and supporting collection processes
• Physically process with local banks for cheques-BOE.
• My-data platform for e-invoices

Your ideal profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience as an CtC Accountant
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excel at advanced level
• Experience and skilled in SAP (FEBA, cheques SAP add-on etc)
• Ability to work under pressure
