Role Overview

As a Consulting Professional within the Global Network Song Practice, you will design, build, and implement strategies that enhance business performance for clients in marketing, commerce & sales, and service functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, functional and implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Assess end‑to‑end D365 processes to identify gaps, benchmark with best‑in‑class practices and help define target state processes standardized across geographies and business units.
• Define user personas and user journeys.
• Work as part of the client’s sales and commerce organization to drive an efficient and effective pricing and discounting approach.
• Facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and secure buy‑in for change readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in Energy, Automotive, Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources, or Financial Services.
• Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes for B2B industries.
• Hands‑on experience configuring D365 for different industries (e.g., Automotive, Life Science).
• Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects.
• Knowledge of M365 and exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Strong program management and people management skills.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.

Bonus Points

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
