Job summary

VGW Malta Limited in Poland is seeking a CRM Manager to own the end-to-end player lifecycle for Monopoly Match, building, launching, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns from the ground up across push, in-app messaging, and email.

You will lead data-driven experimentation, run ongoing A/B tests, define audience segments, and craft compelling copy to improve retention and lifetime value, while working closely with Legal and Product to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven lifecycle CRM experience within mobile gaming.
• Experience building and executing campaigns across push, in-app messaging, email, and SMS.
• Strong data fluency using analytics tools to analyze cohort behavior and measure incrementality.
• Direct experience running A/B tests and managing player lifecycles to optimize KPIs.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Growth Products team in Poland and are currently looking for a CRM Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will own the player lifecycle end-to-end for Monopoly Match, taking hands-on control to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle strategies and campaigns from the ground up.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end campaign execution process by directly briefing, writing copy, building, launching, and analyzing campaigns across push, in-app messaging, in-game inbox, offer surfacing, email, and SMS
• Conduct continuous A/B testing and lifecycle experiments to drive key retention metrics, including D1/D7/D30 retention lift, reactivation, payer conversion, and incremental revenue against holdouts
• Define customer selection criteria and segments using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase) to tailor personalized journeys and maximize long-term player lifetime value
• Collaborate closely with Legal and Product teams to ensure message approval, maintain state-level suppression, and comply with US messaging regulations and app store push policies

What you will bring to the role:

• 5+ years proven lifecycle CRM experience within the mobile gaming industry, specifically with Match-3, casual, or mid-core products
• Hands-on expertise building and executing campaigns across core mobile app channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-game inbox/offer surfacing
• Strong data fluency using analytics tools like Amplitude or Firebase to analyze cohort behavior, define segments, and measure incrementality
• Direct experience running A/B tests and managing player lifecycles to optimize retention, conversion, and reactivation KPIs
• Excellent copywriting skills and a sharp eye for campaign creative design and messaging alignment
