Job summary

IPF Digital in Warsaw, Poland, is hiring for a Credit Risk/Data Analyst. The role focuses on analysing data to support risk decisions, monitoring portfolio trends, and preparing insights for stakeholders. You will collaborate with risk managers and data scientists across markets and communicate in both Polish and English.

The position offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in the office and opportunities for internal growth within an international team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Credit Risk or another analytical role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field is required.

About Team

• Join an international Credit Risk team that uses data and insights to support responsible lending across IPF Digital markets.
• Work alongside experienced Credit Risk Managers and Data Scientists, learning how analytics helps shape business decisions.

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here's how you'll put your skills into action:

• Data Analysis: Analyse data from different sources to understand portfolio performance and support day-to-day credit risk decisions.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track customer and portfolio trends, helping to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular reports and presentations that provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
• Credit Policy Support: Contribute to the development and review of credit policies and processes, helping assess the impact of changes and identify further improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Credit Risk Managers and Data Scientists across our international markets, sharing insights and supporting data-driven decision making.
• Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

• At least one year of experience in Credit Risk, financial services, or another analytical role, where you've worked with data to support business decisions.
• Good Excel skills and practical experience using SQL to analyse and manipulate data.
• A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a curious mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to organise your work and manage multiple priorities.
