Job summary

BFF Bank S.p.A. is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to join its team in Poland. The role focuses on evaluating credit applications, monitoring corporate clients, and analyzing risk data to support informed decisions.

The analyst will calculate loan loss provisions, prepare risk analysis reports, and monitor risk levels across clients, ensuring timely preventive actions and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in credit risk analysis within the financial sector.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level, including financial terminology.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Knowledge of financial risk analysis and the ability to assess the economic and financial standing of companies and local government entities.

Your Responsibilities

• Recommending credit applications for approval or rejection;
• Monitoring corporate clients;
• Analyzing risk-related data for internal and external purposes;
• Calculating loan loss provisions;
• Preparing periodic and ad hoc risk analysis reports;
• Monitoring, classifying, assessing, and reporting on the economic situation and risk levels of clients;
• Managing and coordinating preventive and corrective actions.

Our Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in credit risk analysis within the financial sector;
• English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level, including financial terminology;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel;
• Knowledge of financial risk analysis and the ability to assess the economic and financial standing of companies and local government entities;
• Understanding of accounting principles, commercial law, and legal regulations concerning collateral and security instruments;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in analytical work, goal orientation, and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
