Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to join our team focussing on flagship AI and ML projects in Credit & Lending. You will design prompts for LLMs, build RAG-based solutions, and deploy scalable AI models in the cloud using Azure and GCP.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the full lifecycle from discovery to production, emphasizing fairness, transparency, and high-quality code. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python and FastAPI/LangChain skills.
• Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL and PL/SQL.
• API design and microservices architecture experience.
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Experience with TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs for Credit & Lending use cases.
• Develop and implement RAG-based solutions leveraging vector databases.
• Participate in full lifecycle from discovery to production deployment.
• Apply AI best practices for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business experts to align goals.
• Write and maintain high-quality, reusable code.
• Use Azure and GCP to develop, deploy, and scale AI models.
• Co-author solution designs and maintain production products.
