Job summary

Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. in Lodz area seeks a credit risk and debt collection specialist to review credit limits, assess risk, and analyze customer creditworthiness to protect AR.

You will negotiate with customers, work with Sales and Management to meet order release deadlines, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, with hybrid or remote options in Poland.

Qualifications

• English language level C1.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to meet targets under pressure.
• Project management, planning, organizing, and time management skills.
• Strong MS Office, BMC Remedy, reporting.
• SAP knowledge (SAP4H).
• Analytical skills with SQL to mine data.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of business experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Review and approve customer credit limits and assess ongoing credit risk exposure.
• Analyze customer creditworthiness.
• Negotiate alternatives to cover credit risk (bank guarantees, LC).
• Negotiate credit limits with credit insurance to cover credit risk.
• Decision to release orders based on credit risks and balances.
• Control and monitor credit risks and bad debt exposure.
• Submit claims to credit insurance or activate alternative securities.
• Daily credit control activities to ensure timely actions.
• Work closely with Sales and Management to resolve credit issues and meet deadlines.
• HQ and local reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and service levels.
