Job summary

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games. We are seeking a skilled Creative Producer to work on creative videos for our products. You will independently develop concepts, write briefs, and collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers and UA Managers to hit KPIs.

Analyze campaigns, interpret performance indicators, test hypotheses for UA creatives, and study the target audience. You will track market trends via Sensor Tower and App Annie to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a similar role within gamedev.
• Experience with paid social and ad networks is welcomed.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop concepts and write briefs for various channels.
• Interpret key indicators and draw conclusions on product performance.
• Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives and study the target audience.
• Analyze campaigns focusing on CTR, CPI, ROAS to scale effective strategies.
• Conduct systematic competitor research.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers and UA Managers to hit KPIs.
• Track trends and analyze visual market data via Sensor Tower/App Annie.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Creative Producer whom we will entrust with working on creative videos for our products.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Creative Producer whom we will entrust with working on creative videos for our products.

Your Role:

• Independently develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels, generate new ideas and hypotheses;
• Interpret key business indicators and make informed conclusions regarding product performance and development;
• Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives, continuously study the target audience;
• Analysis of advertising campaigns with a focus on key performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) to identify and scale effective strategies.
• Perform systematic competitor research;
• Collaborating with Motion Designers, Producers and UA Managers to achieve KPIs;
• Track trends and analyze the visual aspects of the market (via Sensor Tower/App Annie).

• Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 2 years in the gamedev industry;
• Experience with major sources in paid social and advertising networks is welcomed;
• Project management skills and advanced communication abilities;
