Job summary

Easybrain ищет креативного специалиста по маркетингу мобильных игр. Ваша задача — генерировать идеи и концепции для видеорекламы иPlayable ads, писать структурированные брифы для дизайнеров и разработчиков, а также проверять креативы на соответствие брифу.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт в мобильной игровой рекламе, владеть инструментами AI для креатива и уметь давать конструктивную обратную связь. Возможна релокация и работа в офисах компании по всему списку локаций.

Задачи

• Generate ideas and concepts for video, static, and playable ads within each product’s overall creative strategy
• Write clear, structured briefs for graphic and video designers and playable ad developers
• Review video and static creatives to ensure they meet the brief and provide actionable feedback
• Test playable ads to ensure game mechanics work correctly and the user experience is intuitive
• Analyze competitors’ advertising creatives, monitor trends, and explore new ideas and approaches
• Contribute to creative performance analysis and suggest improvements
• Support the Creative Producer in organizing and coordinating advertising material production

Требования

• 2+ Years of experience in creative marketing for mobile games
• Understand different advertising creative formats and their specific requirements
• Have a strong eye for visual quality and composition, with close attention to detail
• Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Communicate ideas clearly, write effective briefs, and provide constructive feedback
• Have strong organizational skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Have experience using AI tools to generate creative ideas, explore visual concepts, and create advertising materials
• Be interested in mobile games and eager to grow in performance marketing Russian is required English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
• Будет плюсом: Experience creating advertising creatives for Puzzle and Board mobile games, basic understanding of user acquisition metrics, experience using graphic design tools, experience with Confluence and Jira
