Job summary

Easybrain is seeking a Creative Manager to lead advertising creatives for our popular mobile games, collaborating with a Creative Producer to develop concepts and ensure the highest quality across video, static and playable formats.

You will write clear briefs, review and feedback on creatives, test playable ads, analyze performance and trends, and coordinate production. Russian is required; English at B2+; relocation support is provided for offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative marketing for mobile games.
• Knowledge of ad formats and requirements.
• Strong eye for visual quality and detail.
• Creative thinking and fresh idea generation.
• Clear communication, briefs, and constructive feedback.
• Strong organisational skills and ownership.
• Experience using AI tools for ideation and assets.
• Fluent in Russian; English at B2+.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas and concepts for video, static, and playable ads.
• Write briefs for designers and developers.
• Review creatives and provide actionable feedback.
• Test playable ads for game mechanics and UX.
• Analyse competitors and trends; propose improvements.
• Contribute to creative performance analysis.
• Support production coordination of ad materials.
