Job summary

DXC Technology in Warsaw seeks an experienced Communications professional to develop and execute country-level communications aligning with global campaigns. You will drive internal and external messaging, coordinate town halls, and manage media relations in a multinational environment.

The role requires strong writing, strategic planning, and adaptability across cultures, with fluency in English and French being essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Marketing and Communications (internal and external), preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in strategic communication planning and execution.
• Strong writing skills across various communications formats.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultural contexts.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate country leader town halls for employees and people managers.
• Develop country-specific announcements and updates aligned with DXC campaigns.
• Collaborate with Global External Communications on press materials and media strategy.
• Partner with Crisis Management Teams to ensure timely, compliant communications.
• Localize messaging for language and regulatory contexts; manage Works Councils content.
• Translate global content into local languages and local content into English.
