About the Role

Stilino is looking for a Cost Estimator to join their team in Katowice and support the preparation of project budgets, cost calculations, and bid proposals. This is a strategic role with room to grow — the company is planning to create a dedicated Estimating & Tendering Department, and this hire could be the starting point.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze projects and technical documentation
• Prepare cost estimates, budget calculations, and investment financials
• Calculate quantities and project values
• Create both tender and post‑completion cost estimates
• Verify the completeness of documentation, specifications, and drawings
• Actively search for public and private tenders
• Participate in bid processes and liaise with investors

What We’re Looking For

• Technical degree — engineering background preferred
• Proven experience as a cost estimator in construction
• Strong command of Norma Pro / Norma Expert (must‑have)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
