Job summary

Wolf Theiss in Warsaw seeks a Corporate / M&A Associate to work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

The role requires a Bar Trainee in progress, 1-3 years of corporate/M&A experience, strong knowledge of Polish corporate law, and excellent English and Polish language skills. An international office network is part of daily practice.

Qualifications

• Bar Trainee in the process of gaining qualifications (first year of advocate or legal adviser traineeship is preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate / M&A (law firm experience preferred).
• Excellent English language skills; Polish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on M&A transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation (SPA, SHA, NDA, term sheets, etc.).
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing reports.
• Supporting clients in corporate projects.
• Providing ongoing advice on corporate law and governance matters.
• Cooperating closely with other practice groups and international offices.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Corporate / M&A Associate to join our Warsaw office. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on M&A transactions
• Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation (SPA, SHA, NDA, term sheets, etc.)
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing reports
• Supporting clients in corporate projects
• Providing ongoing advice on corporate law and governance matters
• Cooperating closely with other practice groups and international offices

Requirements
