A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Senior Associate for its Corporate Actions Team in Poland. The role involves auditing, processing client instructions, and managing transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR). Key responsibilities include supporting complex corporate actions, leading a team, and ensuring risk management. Candidates must have experience in Corporate Actions and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary starting at zł87,000 annually and a permanent contract with various employee benefits.
An excellent opportunity has arisen at the senior associate level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include processing instructions and auditing confirmation as well as accounting transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR) for respective allotted clients for Global market events within a Middle Office or Custody environment. This will also involve working closely with Global (Sub) Custodians around the entitlement confirmation process on behalf of a diverse client base. Senior Associate perform allocate workload for rest of the team, close BAU with EON checks, act as first point of escalation.

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
