Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide architecture advisory services for a banking client. The role focuses on review and validation of an existing solution architecture, with emphasis on system integration, message queues (MQ), performance, scalability, and resilience. The engagement will be delivered in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Solution Architect or similar in enterprise IT.
• Strong enterprise integration background.
• Hands-on with MQ/JMS/Kafka and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review end-to-end solution architecture and data flows.
• Verify compliance with architectural standards and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate technology stack for scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience.
• Analyze integration between source systems and the Replica and data propagation.
• Prepare architecture review reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
