Sii Poland supports a client delivering projects in modern logistics and warehouse automation in Germany. We seek a Control Room Operator to oversee automated distribution centers, monitor material flow and coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure warehouse continuity.

Requirements include 3+ years in warehouse logistics, knowledge of WMS, and fluent English and German (B2+). On-site work in Germany is required. Relevant experience with warehouse automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Experience coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Very good command of German enabling fluent communication in the work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

• Operation and ongoing control of systems supporting the functioning of the distribution center

For our client implementing projects in modern logistics and warehouse automation, we are looking for a Control Room Operator. You will join a team responsible for overseeing logistics processes at the client’s logistics facilities in Germany, in modern, automated distribution centers. Your task will be to monitor material flow, analyze operational events, and collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure warehouse continuity and efficiency. If you have experience in a warehouse environment, know WMS systems, and communicate fluently in German,

Your tasks
