Job summary

Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poznań is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to manage the Group-wide Control Audit Programme. You will standardise methodologies and drive testing across Finance, Compliance and Operations, using Power BI, Power Automate and AI tools to enhance efficiency.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders, monitor remediation, and support digital transformation of the Group's control environment while traveling up to 20% to group locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Internal Audit, Controls or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale control testing or audit programmes.
• Hands-on with Power BI, Power Automate and data analytics.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIA) is an advantage.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead and develop Pepco’s Group-wide Control Audit Programme, ensuring consistent and effective control testing across Finance, Compliance and Operations.
• Drive standardisation of audit methodologies, reporting and control testing approaches across the organisation.
• Use data, analytics and automation tools, including Power BI, Power Automate and AI solutions, to improve audit efficiency and insight.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and support risk management.
• Monitor remediation activities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the Group’s control environment.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Controls, Risk Management or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and control testing methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale control testing, assurance or audit programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, data analytics and reporting tools.
• Exposure to automation, AI or advanced analytics within audit or controls environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA or similar) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Group locations (up to 20%).
