Job summary
PerkinElmer Kraków is seeking a Contracts Specialist to oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for OneSource contracts. You will coordinate billing, renewals and contract changes while maintaining high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
Hybrid work model in Kraków, with collaboration across Sales, Finance and Delivery teams to optimize contract coverage and drive process improvements in proactive service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; economics or technical disciplines preferred.
- 1-3 years back-office experience; SAP (SD/FI) or other ERP systems advantageous.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Invoice creation and customization for OneSource service contracts
- Ensuring accuracy of varied contract coverage offered
- Equipment change management for OneSource instruments
- Quality checks for contracts and customer invoices; regular progress reporting
- Monitoring contract renewals and supporting local Sales and Delivery teams
- Working with the financial team to ensure accurate performance reporting
- Supporting continuous improvements for OneSource business
- Developing meaningful performance measures, indicators and metrics
- Participating in Robotics Process Automation projects
