Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Continuity of Business Testing Coordinator to lead DOS testing planning and execution with Application Teams. You will coordinate data center and tech room site tests, EUC tests, and production swing tests, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English communication, and the ability to lead remote teams under fixed deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or compensating years of experience.
• Business Continuity Institute or DRII membership highly desirable.
• Understanding of Infrastructure and Data Center/Tech Room organization and processes.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies and technical testing strategies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communication with stakeholders to assure information is shared timely and professionally.
• Application coordination, end-to-end test planning and execution for Denial of Service (DOS) Tests: Data Center and Tech Room Site DOS Test, Quarterly and Stand-Alone DOS Test; EUC Testing; Production Swing Testing.
• Support the Business Coordinator as part of Lead BRCs Test Planning meetings and provide testing guidance.
• Collaboration with Business Coordinator and Business Functionality Testers to validate test results.
• Perform postmortem/lesson learnt review with Application Teams for application failures and assure proper categorization in Fusion.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on technical recovery and testing capabilities.
• Contribute to continual improvements and enhancements to the DOS Testing Framework.

Job description

Continuity of Business Testing Coordinator is professional who is responsible for working with the Application Teams in their test planning and execution for a portfolio of applications that are participating in a scheduled DOS Testing event. This includes ensuring major deliverables are met on a timely basis, clarifying objectives/criteria, handling testing queries, and providing Fusion support. The role requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with stakeholders to assure information is shared timely and professionally.
• Application coordination, end-to-end test planning and execution for Denial of Service (DOS) Tests:
  • Data Center and Tech Room Site DOS Test, Quarterly and Stand-Alone DOS Test.
  • EUC Testing.
  • Production Swing Testing.

Knowledge/Experience:

• 3‑5+ Years of experience
• Subject matter expert in at least one security and/or COB technology or Enterprise Resilience discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Business Continuity principles and procedures across all aspects of business continuity planning and regulatory compliance
• General appreciation of the technical environment is desirable (like Infrastructure, Data Center organization structure, Mainframe environment)
• Knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies and technical testing strategies would be advantageous

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze and review large data volumes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal in English.
• Ability to lead without authority, coordinate virtual teams.
• Ability in managing tasks within virtual teams, and remote staff
• Ability to manage challenging and/or conflict situations.
• Ability to work against fixed deadlines and prioritize deliverables.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to manage a discipline across a region, where local regulations may apply.
• Understanding of Infrastructure and Data Center/Tech Room organization structure and processes.
• Business Continuity experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies and technical testing strategies would be an advantage.
• Understanding of Application Development and/or Infrastructure Development environment, including cloud and/or mainframe and/or robotics environments would be advantageous.

Development Value:

• Expand knowledge of Technology Infrastructure as new technologies (e.g., cloud, robotics, etc.) are introduced
• Develop relationships between the Line of business COB/SME and the Regional DOS Testing Team
• Constant interaction with Application Coordinators and Business Coordinators; provide guidance and support on DOS Testing related questions/issues
