Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of large-scale government construction projects. You will read and interpret documents, participate in design reviews, and ensure conformance with specifications while coordinating engineers, designers and surveyors on safety and quality control.
The role requires 5 years of field experience, a U.S. driver’s license, and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.
The Construction Manager shall read, interpret, and decipher all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.), participate in design reviews, and ensure that all construction is performed in accordance with the construction documents. Construction managers shall review construction sites daily, document the reviews, and file the documentation. The qualified candidate will work with a team of government and contractor engineers, designers and surveyors to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
