Job summary

GreenVolt Group in Warsaw seeks a Consolidation Specialist to support group accounting processes across regions, ensuring IAS-compliant consolidated accounts.

You will participate in monthly and quarterly closings, perform PAS to IFRS adjustments, and assist auditors. The role requires strong English and Excel skills with a sharp analytical mindset and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of audit experience in one of the BIG4 firms.
• Consolidation knowledge would be an asset.
• Eagerness to develop this knowledge.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Highly analytical mindset (essential).
• Great communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular communication with financial teams from different regions to ensure group accounting policy consistency across regions.
• Support in financial/tax due diligence processes.
• Perform analytical review and validation checks of financial data to ensure high-quality GreenVolt Power Group consolidated accounts.
• Support preparation of Greenvolt Group consolidated accounts on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Calculate PAS to IFRS adjustments for IFRS consolidation purposes.
• Prepare and process group eliminations; reconcile intragroup liabilities, receivables, loans, costs and revenues with inhouse and outsourced accounting partners.
• Cooperate with external financial auditors during the audit of consolidated accounts.
• Consolidation and reporting process improvements.

Job description

• Support in the financial / tax due diligence processes;


• Perform analytical review and validation checks of financial data in order to ensure high quality GreenVolt Power Group consolidated accounts;


• Support the preparation of Greenvolt Group consolidated accounts on a quarterly and monthly basis;


• Calculation of PAS to IFRS adjustments for IFRS consolidation purposes;


• Prepare and process group eliminations, execute reconciliation process with inhouse and outsourced accounting partners (reconciliation of intragroup liabilities, receivables, loans, costs and revenues);


• Cooperating with external financial auditors during the audit of consolidated accounts;


• Consolidation and reporting process improvements

Requirements

• Experience 2-3 years in audit in one of the BIG4 companies;


• Experience in the area of consolidation would be an asset


• Eagerness to develop this knowledge;
