• Document findings in concise risk reports with clear next steps.
• Recommend client relationship actions based on review findings.
• Conduct follow-up reviews to monitor remediation progress.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders within the risk management framework.
• Support creation and review of conduct policies, procedures, and training.
• Assist with delivery of internal and external training.
• Collaborate with the Conduct Risk team to integrate findings into external risk assessments.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and continuous knowledge development.
