Job summary

ALL4JETS seeks a Composite Workshop Certifying Staff to allocate tasks, perform aircraft structural repairs per approved data, and certify work within authorised scope.

You will ensure documentation accuracy, compliance with EASA Part-145, and a safe workshop environment while supporting less experienced colleagues and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical education in aviation, aerospace, or a related engineering field.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level (spoken and written).
• Proven experience performing aircraft structural repairs with approved maintenance data (e.g. SRM, CMM, AMM).
• At least 2 years of experience in an aircraft structures workshop or heavy maintenance environment.
• Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements and applicable aviation regulations.
• Ability and willingness to share knowledge and support the development of less experienced team members.
• Experience as an Inspector, Certifying Staff, or in a supervisory role will be considered an advantage.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Composite Workshop Certifying Staff

• At least 2 years of experience in an aircraft structures workshop or a Heavy Maintenance environment.

• Experience as an Inspector, Certifying Staff, or in a supervisory role will be considered an advantage.
