Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a data-driven Analyst to support our global compliance, regulatory and ethics program through analytics, reporting and monitoring. Based in our Warsaw office on a hybrid basis, you will work on global projects with a dispersed team and transform complex data into actionable insights, dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI dashboard development, data modeling and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Databricks, Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot and emerging AI technologies.
• Understanding of data architecture and governance, including star schemas.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing regulatory and monitoring activities with time-bound deliverables.
• Provide data analysis and quick-turnaround insights as required.
• Develop and refresh Power BI dashboards for daily visibility into key metrics.
• Support Sales Compliance evaluation through data analysis and standardized communications.
• Monitor consent order data quality and maintain documentation and validation methods.
• Identify and resolve data issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare analytical reports and identify key trends and insights.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate curiosity, initiative and a collaborative team approach.
