Job summary

Teams Squared is seeking an experienced Commercial Transactional Lawyer to support our client's corporate and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service-level agreements, licensing, distribution, and NDAs, with a strong focus on Australian law and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and business regulations.
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous remote work experience or experience working with international teams is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service-level agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs, and more. This position requires familiarity with Australian commercial law and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
