Your responsibilities:

Coordinatingateamof5-7purchasingspecialistsandoverseeingthepurchasingactivityoftheteamforourKatowiceoffice.

Providingproximitymanagementfortheacquisitionteam.

Evaluatingandsupervisingthesubordinatedteam.

Ensuringthetransferoftaskstoteammembersandprovidingproblem-solvingsupport.

Analyzingtheteam’sresultsandtakingappropriateactiontoimproveresultsinordertoreachthesettargetsandKPIs.
