Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its legal operations in Europe. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts in the EEA, providing time-sensitive legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders, and serving as lead counsel on strategic projects.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing streamlined contract negotiation processes and maintaining standard form agreements to accelerate commercial activity

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE and strong academic credentials.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills required.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
