Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive commercial ATM network development by identifying vital growth opportunities, profitability improvements, pricing inputs, and strategic business expansion models.
• Manage daily service delivery and client communications to ensure stable operations, adherence to strict service level agreements, and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate complex infrastructure plans, network relocations, and telecommunication system upgrades while successfully negotiating favorable vendor and site placement terms.
• Prepare comprehensive financial performance reports, profitability methodologies, and data gathering across transaction volumes, billing inputs, and cash-related operational costs.
• Support PCI DSS compliance audits by managing evidence delivery, participating in audit sessions, and maintaining alignment with regulatory banking bodies.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, account managers, and global Worldline colleagues to shape competitive commercial proposals and business cases.

Who Are We Looking For

• Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset with proven ability to assess profitability, business cases, pricing inputs, and network development opportunities.
• Exhibit excellent client relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to foster long‑term partnerships across various organizational levels.
• Possess solid understanding of ATM network operations, service delivery, incident management, infrastructure dependencies, and secure transaction ecosystem requirements.
• Show exceptional ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities seamlessly across sales, operations, compliance, finance, third‑party vendors, and global teams.
• Apply thorough knowledge of relevant compliance and security standards, including mandatory PCI DSS requirements and regional regulatory banking frameworks.
• Utilize strong analytical skills and financial acumen to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable business recommendations for management.
• Display a structured project management approach focused on flawless execution, rigorous follow‑up, and measurable commercial impact on enterprise initiatives.
