Job summary

UPS is seeking personnel in Wroclaw for a permanent role in the finance team. The candidate will process internal and external payments, participate in remittance processes and ensure accurate shipment delivery.

Collaboration with GL, AP, AR, ICRIS and other departments is essential, as is maintaining information flow and customer service. Strong English, accounting basics, MS Office skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are required.

Your responsibilities:

• processing internal and external payment
• participating in VOG (Value of Goods) shipment's remittance process
• controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery
• cooperating with other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS
• overseeing and maintaining the flow of information
• ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external
