Job summary

UPS in Poland is seeking a Finance Clerk to handle payments processing within our international environment. You will manage internal and external payments, support VOG remittance, and ensure accurate shipment delivery.

Required are strong English and German, knowledge of accounting basics, and solid MS Office skills. You will work in a team, under pressure, and contribute to customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• processing internal and external payment
• participating in VOG (Value of Goods) shipment's' remittance process
• controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery
• cooperating with other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS
• overseeing and maintaining the flow of information
• ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external
