Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Cloudflare Developer Platform Engineer to support a global client in the pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on building, optimizing, and scaling solutions on the Cloudflare Developer Platform, with emphasis on Workers, AI capabilities, and edge-native architectures.

You will design, build, and maintain solutions using Cloudflare Workers, deploy edge-native apps with security and performance in mind, and collaborate with client teams while mentoring

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Cloudflare Developer Platform experience.
• Proven expertise with Cloudflare Workers.
• Solid understanding of edge computing and serverless architectures.
• Experience building APIs, event-driven services, and distributed systems.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Security, performance optimisation, and observability at the edge.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong English communication (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain solutions on Cloudflare Workers and Developer Platform.
• Develop and deploy edge-native applications with high performance and security.
• Integrate Cloudflare services with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and harden production workloads.
• Collaborate with client engineering, security, and platform teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship as the team scales.
