Job summary

First Connect Insurance Services is building a cloud-native security program and is hiring its first dedicated Cloud Security Engineer in Poland. You will own the security posture of our cloud estate, implement guardrails, and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with DevOps, R&D, and cross-country teams.

Required 6+ years in cloud/infrastructure and information security, strong AWS/Terraform/Kubernetes experience, and professional English and Polish (C1).

Qualifications

• 6+ years across cloud/infrastructure engineering and information security, with substantial hands-on time in cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Secure and harden our cloud estate across AWS (IAM, networking, encryption, key management).
• Stand up security tooling and detection, deploy and tune CNAPP/CSPM, workload protection, logging and alerts.
• Embed and automate security in delivery: SAST, SCA, IaC and container scanning in pipelines.
• Secure AI across the company and product: data flows, prompt injection controls, safe integrations.
• Support automated AI code deployment and product development pipelines.
• Be the go-to expert for cloud security across R&D and DevOps.
