Job summary

Luxoft is hiring a Software Quality Engineer to contribute to the cloud/web portion of a medical imaging product portfolio. Working inside a Scrum team, you will help deliver features defined in the roadmap and ensure daily testing aligns with real customer needs.

You will design test plans, execute, report results with rigor, and collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other teams across locations in France and China to guarantee market-fit quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments and their specifics.
• Clear thinker and writer with analytical/problem-solving mindset.
• Writing clear test scenarios, ideally using Gherkin.
• Rigor in using a test management tool (e.g. JAMA, Quality Center).
• Experience testing in cloud-based environments.
• Fluent in English (written; spoken preferred).
• Customer focus in every task.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Continuous improvement and passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Understand functional needs and translate them into testing/acceptance activities.
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures.
• Execute test plans, collect and report results with rigor.
• Collaborate with Software Developers and Product Owners to meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with SDETs from other teams to align test practices.
• Interact with Scrum teams in France and China for broader capability delivery.
• Accountable, with the Scrum team, for product quality delivered to customers.
