Procter & Gamble is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer (Databricks) in Warsaw to design and implement a cohesive data model by integrating data across systems. You will build robust pipelines in Databricks and Azure, ensure data quality, and act as SME for external vendor developers.

Strong Python, SQL, Databricks, and data modeling skills are essential as you contribute to scalable data assets and analytics across the organization.

Formación

• Experience conducting code reviews and guiding junior developers or external vendors.
• Expert-level relational data modeling and data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake).
• Advanced SQL with performance tuning across multiple DB systems.
• Proficient Python for data manipulation and PySpark in distributed environments.
• Hands-on with Azure data services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse) and Databricks.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on development: build, test, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure and Databricks using Python and PySpark.
• Data modeling and engineering design to create a unified data model supporting analytics.
• Technical delivery and vendor oversight: code reviews, PR approvals, and enforce CI/CD standards.
