Job summary

Snowflake is hiring Software Engineers for Cloud Infrastructure Engineering. You will build and operate highly scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure, contributing to services that run across multiple cloud providers.

You will mentor teammates, drive platform adoption, and uphold strong coding and documentation standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cloud environments, strong programming skills (Go/Java/Python/C), and experience with Pulumi and Terraform to enable automated, reliable

Qualifications

• BS/CS, MS/CS, or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years in a platform or cloud team building mission-critical services and infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in Go, Java, Python, or C.
• Knowledge of container platforms, automation, networking, operating systems, site reliability, config management, and IaC tools (Pulumi, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable, resilient infrastructure and services in the cloud.
• Demonstrate software engineering and infrastructure expertise on large projects.
• Provide technical leadership and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
• Mentor juniors and maintain high code quality and docs.
