The role focuses on managing multiple Iris platform installations across Cloud and on-premise environments, fixing security vulnerabilities monthly, and automating installations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (4+ years).
• Linux systems (3+ years).
• Kubernetes (4+ years).
• Docker (2+ years).
• CI/CD pipelines (4+ years, AzureDevOps or similar).
• Automation with Terraform and Ansible (2+ years).
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) (2+ years).
• Security practices, vulnerability management, and testing tools (Acunetix, Snyk, CheckMarx, Trivy).
• Agile environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the IRIS Platform operations roadmap and execute planned R&D.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS using governance standards.
• Lead production operations, including incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Automate so IRIS Platform is deployable across Azure, AWS and on-premise (K3s, RKE2).
• Work with customers and Services teams to support multiple installations.
• Conduct monthly audits including vulnerabilities, DAST tests, and backup/cost/access reviews.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for microservices across environments.
• Implement security best practices across cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes packaging and deployment.
• Manage databases and messaging systems (Postgres, Elastic, Redis, Kafka).
• Implement auto-scaling within Kubernetes and automation of infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain SLAs.
• Be the operations contact point for multiple product teams.
