Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in cloud operations, infrastructure, or cloud platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and changes while meeting SLAs.
• Automate cloud operations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain the availability, performance, and security of Azure cloud services.
• Drive continuous improvements to cloud operations and platform capabilities.
